My parents left me home alone! Can you believe it?! In the middle of the night! I was excited, but also nervous.

I needed some time to myself anyway. I was watching some crazy drama show in the living room when suddenly a breaking news report came on. I couldn’t believe it, it was like something out of a stupid short story! A murderer had escaped from prison nearby!! They told us to lock our doors and windows, so I did. I felt SOOO scared that I turned on all the lights in my house! I knew that I wasn’t going to be able to sleep, so I sighed and decided to not call my parents. They’d just yell at me and they’d never let me stay home again!

I decided to take a shower. When I was in there, I kept thinking about the murderer… Maybe I could find more info online! I jumped out of the shower and went back to my room. But when I turned on the light, my bookbag fell onto the floor from my computer chair! I jumped back in surprise, then laughed at myself. I was so dumb! I should just go to sleep, clearly I was freaking myself out. My parents would be back soon and everything would be OK! Anyway, I thought I’d just write this post out cause it was a creepy experience! Bye everyone! 🙂
