Sauna is self-care [F30] approached me

Once a month I like to go in the sauna near my town and it’s part of my self-care as a 20 year old guy. Yes Ur right why why does a 20 year old go to a Sauna. Well I train hard in the gym to get the great body. So Sauna is relaxing. And I can show of my hard work in the gym.
