Seven times, Two hundred thousand eyes,

Changing;

Seven hundred thousand lives.

Frozen;

All, with baited breath,

Waiting;

All, for their turn at death.

Counting down;

Seven, Six, Five,

Four hundred thousand left alive.

Panic now;

A burning drive,

the absolute need to survive.

Three thousand left;

howling in the night,

Two hundred left;

They stood to fight,

One hundred left;

The last of us now,

Standing here:

wondering how,

Seven hundred thousand, could click that fucking link,

and drive the human race to the very brink.

With burning eyes, and howling jaws,

We watched, in horror, we saw it all.
