I found my dog Spot on the side of the road. He had been abandoned by his owners and left to fend for himself. I immediately fell in love with him and adopted him as my own.

We had a great bond and were pretty much inseparable. He would be at the door every evening to greet me with his tail wagging and I would always spend ten minutes giving him the pets that he deserved.

He was a bit dubious when my boyfriend moved in and refused to let him anywhere near me. He would growl if my boyfriend hugged me or anything like that. It took him almost two months to get along with my boyfriend and now they are best friends.

Whenever we go for a walk Spot will instinctively stand between me and anyone else. I think he is trying to protect me which is one of the reasons I love him.

He has been acting very weird lately as he is continuously growling at my baby bump. I kept reassuring him that everything is fine but he still seems scared by it.

I was standing there on the phone when his growls began to get more vocal and the hairs on his back began standing up. I looked at him in confusion for a few seconds. Suddenly I feel an agonising pain in my stomach and gaze down to see a bloodsoaked claw rip its way out of stomach and then give a middle finger towards Spot. I collapsed to the floor in agony while Spot continued to growl at the creature that is forcing its way out of my stomach
