The following is being used as evidence for the disappearance of missing person Blake Emmerson. If you have any information pertaining his whereabouts, please contact Dyer Falls Police Station.

Footage procured from vehicle plated under the name “Blake Emmerson” starts en route down a highway, time stamped 3:59p.m. Driver appears to be driving clean, staying in their lane at an appropriate speed. Video continues for several minutes without anything unordinary. Altercation appears to start at timestamp 4:04p.m.

Driver suspected to be Emmerson is passed by another vehicle, a 1997-1999 Lincoln continental with no license plate. The overtake is quick and dangerous, the Lincoln effectively “cutting off” Emmerson without signaling to change lanes. Emmerson is seen braking immediately, almost rear-ending the Lincoln. The driver ahead speeds away, a red-gloved hand flipping the middle finger out the window. Emmerson is audibly heard inside his vehicle, sounding angry.

Emmerson hangs back, and slowly changes to the left lane. Emmerson appears to speed up, presumably to get a look at the driver. Both cars accelerate past appropriate speeds. Approximately a car length away the Lincoln continental changes lanes again, effectively cutting off Emmerson a second time. The Lincoln brake-checks, and Emmerson barely slows in time. The Lincoln swerves provocatively, and Emmerson can be heard swearing inside the vehicle. Somewhere in the car (presumably backseat) children are heard crying.

The Lincoln continues slowing down. Emmerson chooses to change lanes to avoid the aggressor. Midway through the lane change the Lincoln swerves again, cutting Emmerson off for a third time. Another brake check, inches from collision. Emmerson clearly audible inside the car, apparent distress, more swearing. The crying of children also clear.

Ahead, the Lincoln puts on a signal and starts listing to the shoulder. Emmerson keeps straight, then at the last second follows, presumably heated and looking for confrontation. Emmerson’s vehicle and the one ahead come to a complete stop on the shoulder.

Emmerson is heard briefly, and the car teeters as he exits the vehicle.

Ahead, the Lincoln sits for a moment. Driver is not visible.

Emmerson appears in view of the dashcam, wearing a grey t-shirt, tan cargo shorts, and a brown ballcap.

His hands are raised, gesturing aggressively to the driver then point to his own car behind him.

Emmerson approaches the rear of the vehicle, fists clenched.

Driver door opens on the Lincoln. A second later, the trunk pops.

The driver of the Lincoln steps out, a foot taller than Emmerson. Suspect is dressed in fluffy but stained striped clothing with red gloves and boots, presumably a Halloween costume. Suspects hair is curly and red. Suspects face is painted like a Clown.

Children audibly crying in victim’s car.

Trunk to the Lincoln opens slowly, an additional suspect crawls out, similarly dressed. Wielding a baseball bat.

Emmerson turns to run.

Accomplice from the trunk swings the bat.

Emmerson falls, and together, they put him in the trunk.

Both clowns look back at Emerson’s vehicle.

Audible crying.
