Over the summer, my husband and I (fake names are Tom and Lucy) went on vacation with another couple we are friends with (Brett and Jen, also fake names). We got a airbnb together that was only 2 rooms, but spacious enough for 2 couples. There were other rooms in the building, but the common areas were truly common. The one night, we were going out for drinks and to meet the Jen’s brother, and who lived about an hour away from where we were staying.
