The last time I had sex on mushrooms was the first and only time. I was 18 , it was my first time taking mushrooms and I was with two of best besties. It was a small social gathering but only three of us, I think, took them. I came up fast and I only took a small dose like 1.5g but almost immediately I was feeling euphoric. Our bodies moved synchronously as the gentle breathing of her voice echoed through my skull, each sigh of pleasure wobbled around the room even though it was only us who would hear. It was as if there was a windstorm of excitement and caution that someone was to come to know of our “whereabouts”. No one was to know that underneath these flees blankets we intimately physical. Her and I were friends and this wasn’t the first time we were together, but the timing and setting wasn’t exactly “chill”. Since then I have developed a more revered relationship with psilocybin mushrooms as a sacred plant medicine. In fact most times when I have taken them I become repulsed by the wondered of having sex. I much prefer to sink into my vulnerable self and lose any attachments of sexiness or external bodily sensations especially if it is at the expense of healing the inner journey.
