The Proposed Contract

In case you missed my long intro, my housekeeper’s daughter Steffy lost her financial aid for school for next year and she and her mother enacted a staged conversation for me to overhear in an attempt to secure my assistance. (I) Term: June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024. May be renewed on a yearly basis upon the agreement of both parties.

(II) Definitions:

(a) End of Company – In this contract, end of company means the time Mr. Sirkeljark specifies when he sends Steffy a text message indicating that he will be done with work. That time may not be less than 45 minutes from the time the text is sent. The End of Company may not be before 5pm or after 3am except by agreement of both parties with at least one day notice.

(b) Committed effort and enthusiasm – in this contract, committed effort and enthusiasm means with the amount of fervor, passion, enjoyment, and commitment which would generally be shown by a lusty individual to a new and exciting lover.

(III) Exchange:
(a) Mr. Sirkeljark agrees to:

(1) Pay all tuition directly to Crappy University for Steffy to attend Crappy University for the college year beginning and ending during the term of this contract.

(2) Provide Steffy with a $1000 fund for the exclusive purpose of paying all expenses directly associated with Steffy’s attendance at Crappy University (books, materials, fees, etc.). If the fund is exhausted, Mr. Sirkeljark will replenish it. Mr. Sirkeljark retains the right to demand receipts for expenses covered through this fund. If Steffy lacks the receipts she will either be required to repay the expenditures or accrue one Punishment (as defined further below for violations of Section III(b)) for every $50 spent.

(3) Provide Steffy a bedroom with ensuite bathroom at his residence at [address] for her sole and exclusive use. Allow Steffy to use all amenities available at that residence in a manner reasonable for a longterm guest. Steffy may not have male guests at the residence except by the express consent of Mr. Sirkeljark.

(4) Pay for groceries to appropriately stock the kitchen at his residence for Steffy to eat and prepare food for herself at that location.

(5) Provide Steffy a weekly stipend equal to $20,000 over the term of this contract (“The Weekly Stipend”).

(6) Provide Steffy with a $5000 fund (“The Lingerie Fund”) to be used exclusively to purchase clothing and accessories for Steffy to wear during The End of Company Session (as defined below). Clothing should be selected for the specific purpose of sexually exciting Mr. Sirkeljark.

(7) Allow Steffy on three occasions per month to opt out of a specific obligation to Mr. Sirkeljark covered by Section III(b) without incurring a Punishment by speaking or texting the word “Pamplemousse”.

(8) All the time not covered by Section III(b), Section VI, or Section VII of this contract, treat Steffy as a younger family friend with whom he has a platonic relationship.

(b) Steffy agrees to:

(1) The End of Company Session – On each day during the term of this contract at End of Company, Steffy agrees to be waiting either in the hallway outside Mr. Sirkeljark’s home office or just inside the front door of his house, whichever is appropriate, on her knees and dressed in clothing purchased with The Lingerie Fund. On each occasion, Steffy, with committed effort and enthusiasm, will use her mouth to induce Mr. Sirkeljark’s orgasm. During her efforts, Mr. Sirkeljark may touch Steffy’s body in furtherance of his pleasure in a manner consistent with those efforts. Mr. Sirkeljark may expend the product of his orgasm wherever he wishes.

(2) The Wild Card Session – On each day during the term of this contract, Steffy agrees to additionally present herself to Mr. Sirkeljark at his home within 30 minutes of receiving a text message from Mr. Sirkeljark invoking this Session. Steffy is required to wear whatever attire she was wearing the moment she received the message. After presenting herself, Steffy will follow the direction given by Mr. Sirkeljark to, with committed effort and enthusiasm, engage in any sexual act which does not require penetration of Steffy by Mr. Sirkejark. The act may involve Mr. Sirkeljark touching Steffy in any manner that does not cause penetration of her body. The act may not lead to any permanent marks on Steffy’s body. The act may only involve the two signatories to this contract except by express agreement of both parties prior to commencement of the act. If he achieves orgasm, Mr. Sirkeljark may expend the product of his orgasm wherever he wishes.

(3) After each Session (and after the Punishment Session described below), Steffy is responsible for cleaning Mr. Sirkeljark of any expended bodily fluids to his satisfaction, first with her mouth, and second, if requested, in the shower. Steffy is also responsible for dealing appropriately with any other mess caused by the Sessions.

(4) For five Sessions per week, at the choice of Mr. Sirkeljark, Steffy agrees to enact, with committed effort and enthusiasm, the chosen roleplay of Mr. Sirkeljark.

(5) Once per day, upon receiving a text message from Mr. Sirkeljark, within 10 minutes, Steffy will, with committed effort and enthusiasm, take a sexually suggestive selfie and reply with it to Mr. Sirkeljark.

(6) During The End of Company Session, The Wild Card Session, the Punishment Session (described below) and in the text described above, Steffy will refer to Mr. Sirkeljark exclusively as Mr. Sirkeljark, sir, master, daddy or an equivalent agreed to by Mr. Sirkeljark or dictated by the specific roleplay. Likewise, during the sessions and in reply to the text, Steffy will respond, with committed effort and enthusiasm, to any name Mr. Sirkeljark chooses to impose upon her including but not limited to: pet, slut, girl, cunt, angel, sweetie, tiny tits, nips, etc. At all other times (except as dictated in Section VI), Steffy may refer to Mr. Sirkeljark by that name and he will refer to her as Steffy.

(IV) Arbiters:

(1) In the case of a dispute between the parties to this contract, either party may appeal to a vote in the comments of a Reddit post composed by the agreement of both parties and referencing the terms of this contract.

(2) Alternatively, and only by agreement of both parties, a dispute may be resolved by Arielia after both parties have provided their perspective.

(3) Exception: Once per week, upon invocation of the term “Master’s Right”, Mr. Sirkeljark may end a dispute regarding the terms of Clause III(b) or VI in his own favor without the right of appeal.
