I came here a month ago after taking office to present to this parliament a first law of great importance which must begin to change our society. The purpose of all the laws that my government will introduce is to make our society safer for the women and to define a clear status that must become definitive for the males and no loger remain in the dark as this is the case so far. Males have enjoyed too much leniency since women took power. This status must correspond to their true nature. It will define it clearly once and for all. Once the place of males, their roles and their duties are clearly established in a definitive way, society will rest on sound and solid foundation.

This first law will be called «Classification and work for males», will make it possible to classify males according to their degree of evolution and then distribute their work according to this evolution.

Unlike previous governments, we were never afraid to say that males were close to animals! Our scientists have already caried out studies for several years aimed at dividing males according to their degree of evolution.

Unfortunately , theses studies never interested previous governments.

These studies show, however, that the degree of evolution of males compared to apes and the animal world as a whole has been much slower that that of females.

These studies show, as you know, that hairiness, along with their aggressiveness, is a visible element of the closeness of males to animals. Over the past decades, women have been able to reduce their agressiveness through srict control and laws.

Not all males are equal because some have evolved a little faster, as shown by their low hairiness.

We therefore first had to categorize the males according to their degree of evolution, which would then allow us to distribute the type of work given to the males according to this degree.

The least evolved will have to carry out the most painful, dirty, most manual work. Therefore, the hairiest of them, the most animal of them I should say, will have to perfom only manual labor and as often as possible outdoors. The more advanced or less hairy, will be able to do administrative or service task, which have not yet been assigned to women. For that it was necessary to make a census of all the males of the country and to divide them all in different categories.

The first census centers opened two months after I took office. And I am happy to announce that 5 months later, thanks to the exceptionnal work done by the women working in the State services, this census is over!”

The lawmakers of the majority then began to applaud.

“This census made it possible to take as much information as possible about them and their aptitudes. As I was telling you, this first law will already cause major changes in our society.

Indeed, one of the articles of this law stipulates that males no longer officially have surnames or first names. The use of their name had already partly disappeared since those who were married were only called “male of Mrs…”

All males have now a number assigned to them which now replaces their name. This number starts with a letter. There will be four possible letters, A, B, C, D depending on their hairiness. The letter D, categorizes the hairiest males. I can speak of the “Gorilla” category!”

Burst of laughter on almost all the benches of the assembly. Only the three lawmakers of the Egalitarian Party weren’t laughing.

“I also want to reassure our fellow citizens who are attached to the little nicknames they use for their male. They can of course continue to use them”

“Ah, do you hear?” say Marta, “I will always be allowed to call you puppy!”

“But now” continued the Prime Minister, let’s get to the demonstration! Bring the four males.” she said to a guard standing a few paces from her.

Another guard entered in the assembly room holding a chain in his hand and with four males, all naked, attached to it. The male A had no hair on the body excepted few pubic hairs, and some on the arms. The male B had hairs on his legs, few on his chest, and a bit more pubic hairs and on the arms than the male A. The male C had very hairy legs, hairs on his chest as well as on his buttocks. The male D, had very hairy legs, torso, a lot of pubic hairs, a very hairy ass and hairs on his back.

“No need to specify which of them is the gorilla!” said the Prime Minister.

New burst of laughter in the assembly!

“The census shows that the male population is divided as follows: 20% of A, 30% of B, 30% of C and 20% of D. We know that the hairiness of males changes with the age. This is the reason why the males of categories A, B and C will have from the entry of adulthood that is to say when they have their first pubes and so are over the age of legal majority for male, to pass every year until the age of 25, an inspection in order to check if their status must be changed.

We can now share the works and jobs attributed to each category. The details will be communicated to you in the final text of law which will be submitted to you for a vote in the coming days.

The A males can still, if necessary, work in offices, in the services and be in direct contact with customers.

But it is clear that the priority of my government will be to remove Gorillas males as quickly as efficient from jobs in which they should no longer be used!”

We count on the collaboration of each woman. Of course civil servants will do their best to discover places of work which are if as much as efficient close to the place of residence, but this is not guaranteed. This is why we rely on the collaboration of each of woman in order to put interest of the country before their own. Divorce being for women a simple formality, we will encourage women for whom the new job of their male poses an organizational issue, to divorce.

As far as single men are concerned, they will be informed of their job changes by their district manager.

The freedom to choose a job and place of residence is now prohibited for the males. The decision rests solely with the Labor Department.

The life of a male is not to thrive in his work for his own pleasure, but only to serve women and this country!

Another important article of this law concerns the remuneration of the work of the males. Until now, for equal work, a male earned less than a woman. From now on, the males will work for the good of this country and for the good of the women. That is to say that no more wages will be paid to the males. Only the satisfaction of working for the good of women should be enough for them!”

Thunderous applause from the benches of the lawmakers of the Free Women Party and also from several lawmakers of the Liberty Party.

“We live in a new world where international competition is fierce. More and more countries are reinstating slavery which will have economic consequences for the whole world. Three European countries have established slavery but for whites only, and other countries will soon do so. I think in the short or medium term, the majority of Western European countries will put whites on slavery. The new Black Republic of America, which brings together former American states, has already established slavery for whites too. It seems more states will join this Republic.

Here we believe all women are equals regardless of their origins, color of skin, religion, sexual orientation. We also believe that Women are superior to males. For fifty years, our country has been banished from the International Community because of this belief.

In some countries, the population consider whites as inferior. We don’t distribute that point of view, but we respect the will of the people of those countries. We are not judging them as we have been judged. The governments of those countries now respect the will of our people and are not judging us anymore. We just have established diplomatic relations with these three European countries and the Black Republic of America.

As you know, I recently visited the Wilayah de Faraas and the Wilayah of Englandistan, the new name of those two European countries. Yes, I must say I was shocked to see white women treated as slaves, but as I just said, I don’t want to judge as we were judged. I was delighted to see that all the white males live entirely naked, as it has been the case for our males here for long time. In addition, women living with a male will not have to suffer a loss of purchasing power due to the disappearance of their male’s salary. This end of salary for males will allow us a general increase of all women’s wages!”

New thunder of applause, all the lawmakers rose except those of the Egalitarian Party.

“I say in front of you, the lives of women in this country will change for the better, because we will bring the males back to their true status, to that of serving and only serving women. Democracy is the government of women, by women for women, who are the only superior beings!

This law is a first step. We are soon gonna have to a national debate on the final status of the males. The Arab and Black population of some European countries, of some American States put an end to the domination of the whites and they did not hesitate to confer a status of slave for all whites of their country so that the latter repair what they consider as all the racist acts committed in a large scale for generations.

The law was passed a week later by 15 votes against 3 abstentions, four lawmakers of the Liberty Party having added their votes to those of the Prime Minister which represented an additional victory for the latter.
