**Foreskin vs circumcised cock**

The difference between an uncircumcised and circumcised cock is the foreskin. That piece of skin around the glans. The foreskin can be tight on the cock or not, but if a cock is circumcised, then this difference is made by a medical procedure. If a cock is uncircumcised, the piece of foreskin is still over the glans. An uncircumcised cock is without the foreskin, which has been cut away in the hospital at young age or older. And even then, every man (and woman) showers or takes a bath every day, so I don’t really see the issue with hygiene.
