“Congratulations” shouted everyone on Camron’s 27th birthday party.

One of his friends continued, “Congratulations on completing another dreadful year.” he handed a glass of champagne to Camron. “Now, it’s toast time birthday boy.” Camron took it in his hand and gave a small speech “Y’all know birthdays party are not really my thing, but who knows I might start liking them now.” they all let out small chuckle. “Thank you for always being there for me whenever I needed you. To us!” They all cheered and started the party.

The small but fun party continued. Everyone was having fun. Two hours into the party, Camron started feeling sleepy. He excused himself from his girlfriend whom he was talking to and walked over to the bathroom. ‘The reason for the party cannot vanish.’ was his thought. Someone occupied has washroom so he waited outside. A few minutes later it was free. Camron went in and looked at himself in the mirror. He was visibly struggling to stand straight because he was drunk “You’re 27 now. Wow!” He washed his face and looked up. Suddenly he saw a black figure behind him, he quickly turned around but he saw nothing. He thought he was too drunk and laughed it off. Right as he was about to walk out he heard a disgusting voice say “You’re mine now.” He shrugged it off and walked out.

As Camron got out, the attitude of everyone in the party had changed. The music was still playing but no one was dancing anymore. Everyone stopped speaking and started staring at him. He thought it was weird and headed towards the swimming pool. Everyone followed him. “Haha! Nice try guys but I’m not that drunk.” No one reacted. He gave up and just dipped his legs into the pool and say there. Suddenly everyone in unison said “You’re mine now. Welcome to the Loop.” He turned around and asked “What?” They all immediately started drowing him in the pool, he fought back but it was of no use. They killed him.
