In the garden of love.

As looked upon by the moon above.

Flesh grows from root and stem.

In as many days as ten.

They grow tall and wide.

And bony at the side.

Their faces are sad.

And their brains gone mad.

They didn’t want to be reborn.

With their bodies so horribly torn.

They are stuck in the soil.

As their rage begins to boil.

Until…

The rage becomes bloodlust.

Driving them to do what they must.

They uproot from the ground.

With a wet squishy sound.

Under the moon, as the stars are bright.

The plant people are going to feed tonight!
