So I was entertaining some old friends from my childhood/teenage years last Sunday night. We usually get together at least one Sunday out of the the and do board games or trivia. Well after much debate we decided that this Sunday would be enjoyed as “movie nostalgia night”. I wanted to pick out something that would be sure to stir up some old memories without being too obvious of a cliché. I settled on Shazam starting Sinbad. Now going into this, I had heard of the movie Kazaam staring Shaquille O’Neal, however, believed it to be a corny knock off or reboot of the classic masterpiece. I called a friend of mine that I’ve known since I was 5 and discussed it as my movie candidate. After procuring his tasteful approval, I had but one task left. I had to find and download a High Quality version of the 90’s Gem! As I began to scour the internet for any and all references to the film I started to get an uneasy feeling. It seemed that the only references to the film I could find, talked about it being nonexistent. AS IN NEVER MADE!!! After around 6 hours of Mandela effect videos (new to me by the way), I had to admit defeat…. Needless to say, our Sunday was spent debating this. The room was split, my childhood friend, his girlfriend & myself all remember watching it together. We even called my father, who did in fact remember renting it and having to explain who Sinbad was to us kids at the time. I am really starting to feel like I’m losing my mind. Please could anyone help me understand what’s going on. I talked to a friend of mine who works at the university of Tulsa and he said that in his physics department the professor has been discussing a link between those who suffer or have suffered from sleep paralysis and those who remember a different timeline AKA reality shifts. I don’t know what to make of all this but I truly am scared. I will update when I get more information.
