Few Weeks ago, an Man named Kevin Herrington was arrested and put on death row after being accused as the serial killer who killed 30 people across the state, the last victim being a boy named Harry.

I witnessed, that other officers, whom some of them were families of the victims of the murders, come into the prison with one purpose but to mock him out of pure grudge, saying horrendous things such as ‘you should burn in hell’ was a norm, but unique, at the same time insulting words such as ‘your family should get exorcism for creating a demon like you’ was heard a lot.

However, it was revealed by the city’s council that there have been two officers who have been involved with the false accusation of the man, after that, the two officers who were responsible for the accusation were fired from the spot and Kevin was released from prison.

Few weeks went by and As I was working in the precinct, we got a bigger case that we had to solve. One of the members in the district Court was shot dead in a shop.

That case did not last long, I got a news saying Kevin Herrington was arrested for murder this time, he killed the Judge of his trial, Chris Brown, and the motive was obvious: Vengeance.

Eventually I saw him back in the cell where he was put waiting for his death sentence, waiting for trial.

I joined the discussion between the law enforcement and people in the district court, we had decided that he would be sentenced to 10 Years for Murder.

When I came back to bring him to the court, however, I Saw him floating in the middle of the cell, with a rope supporting his limp neck.

He killed himself in the prison.

We were all dumbfounded, not only we managed to drive a man to crime and suicide, the big news was that we lost one of the officials in the district court.

Because of this, the precinct responsible for the two deaths was disbanded, and we were forced to move into another precinct as our home station or find another job.

As I was awaiting my application to precinct 193, I went back to my home and headed into my Study.

Around the study were photos of the victims that I had taken care of, Kevin and Chris was the newest addition.

There was a chessboard in the middle of the room. I got this idea from a fellow killer from Russia.

I took a piece in the basket and on the chessboard, I wrote the names: Kevin Herrington, Chris Brown.

The piece with Chris’s name placed next to Harry, and beside it was Chris.

I smiled at my achievement, 32 down.
